Allow safari to export to video

When exporting session planner animations and video analyzer projects to video, we use the mediarecorder api.

On safari, if you encounter any errors, then you might need to allow the mediarecorder feature
(which is currently experimental in safari)

To activate the mediarecorder api:

1. Click "develop" on your top menu
2. Select "Experimental Features"
3. Make sure "MediaRecorder" has a tick.

Once you enable this feature in your browser, you will be able to export animations and video analyzer projects to video.
