Creating the folder structureWe highly recommend creating your own folder structure, as it makes it easier for you to find what you want fast.
The naming of the folders is entirely up to you, however I will setup a common folder structure for training groups.
1. Open the video catalog
2. Right click "My KwikDrive Videos" and select "New Subfolder"
Or you can click the folder and click "new Subfolder" on the top menu.
This will bring up the new subfolder window.
3. Type in "Weekly Session Videos" and click "Ok"
Notice that a new folder is created in the root of your KwikDrive video catalog.
Let's create a new subfolder in our weekly session folder.
1. Click the new folder we created "Weekly Session Videos" so its highlighted.
2. Click the "New Subfolderr" button on the top menu.
3. When the window appears, type in "Attacking" and click "Ok"
Notice that the new folder has been created inside the "Weekly Session Videos Folder"
Notice that the new folder called "Attacking" has been created, and a new black arrow appears on the "Weekly Session Videos Folder".
This indicates that there are sub folders within a folder.
You click the arrows to expand and close folders in the video catalog app.
Let's create another folder,
4. Click "Weekly Session Videos" so its highlighted.
5. Click the "New Subfolder" button on the top menu.
6. Enter "Defending" and click "Ok"
Notice that the "Defending" folder has been created in the "Weekly Session Drills" folder.
Now let's create a new root sub folder called "Daily Session Videos"
1. Right click "My KwikDrive Images" and select "New Subfolder"
2. Enter "Daily Session Videos" and click "Ok"
Notice that the "Daily Session Videos" is created as a root subfolder in the video catalog and doesn't have any subfolders.
See how the video folder structure is taking shape.
You can now copy videos into the folders we created by dragging them.
