Customizing your hooptactix portal

Your portal logo and background image can be easily changed, so your portal looks like it’s created for you club or business.

If you are using hooptactix Personal Edition, then you can do this using your cloud manager app.

If you are using the hooptactix Academy, then if you are the Academy director (the one who signed up). Then you can change the Academy background and logo using the Academy Manager app.

When the Academy logo and background are changed, then these changes affect all the Academy members. So their portals all look like the Academy portal.

To change the portal image and background, it's very easy.

Using the cloud manager, or Academy manager simply click the browser button next to the logo. Then navigate to the logo you want to use and click open.

This will put the filename in the fake path next to the icon.

Next, click browse on the background image line and again, navigate to the background you want to use and click open.

Whenever you are changing the logo or both, all you do now is click "Save Changes".

The images will be uploaded, and your portal logo and background image will change.

Your apps will all use your new logo as well, like the session planner and the session builder.

This change is permanent, until you change the images again.

We do have some recommendations, in terms of logo and background sizes.

1. Logo images shouldn't be no larger than 300k
2. Background images shouldn't be no larger than 500k, and we recommend using 1920 x 1080 image dimensions.

That’s it, your hooptactix portal and apps should now be customized how you want them.
