How to change a user role

The director, or admin can change a user role anytime.

To learn more about roles, we recommend you check the academy permission roles for director, admin and user in the tutorials section

1. Open the user manager, if its not already open.
2. Click the "edit user" icon at the side of the user name.
3. Now click the drop down list to assign the correct permission for the user and click "update"
The user account will now update

When you return back to the user manager, you should notice that the user account role has updated.
An email will now be sent to the user, indicating that their role has changed in the academy.
