Customizing the academy portal

Your Academy logo and background image can be changed, so the portal looks like its created for your organisation.
Changing the Portal Logo
1. Click "Academy Manager"
This will load up the academy manager app
2. Click "Select Image" where the logo is shown on the form.
3. Navigate to the image you want to use as the logo and click "open".
This will put the filename in the fake path next to the icon.
4. Click "Save Changes" to save the new configuration
The logo will be uploaded, and your portal logo image will change. Once uploaded, you will see a notification at the bottom of the window, advising that the changes have been saved.
Academy applications will now use your new logo as well, like the session planner and the session builder.
Note: This change is permanent, until you change the images again.
Changing the Portal Background
If the academy manager is not already open, click "Academy Manager"
1. Click "Select Image" where the background is shown on the form.
3. Navigate to the image you want to use as the background and click "open".
This will put the filename in the fake path next to the background.
4. Click "Save Changes" to save the new configuration
The Background will now upload, and your portal background image will change. Once uploaded, you will see a notification at the bottom of the window, advising that the changes have been saved.
That’s it, your hooptactix Academy portal and apps should now be customized how you want them.

We do have some recommendations, in terms of logo and background sizes.
1. Logo images shouldn't be no larger than 300k
2. Background images shouldn't be no larger than 500k, and we recommend using 1920 x 1080 image dimensions.
