Bug Fix #1 - Session Plan Logos

Issue:
When you change your cloud or academy logo, if you have any saved session plans that used the previous logo, you will notice the image is blank when editing the document.

This only effects editing session plans that use the default logo anymore, if you use a custom logo for the session plan then this issue does not effect your document.

Fix:
When cloud and academy logos are updated with a custom logo, we do not delete the previous logo.
As a result, session plans using the previous logos still show the logos in the headers.

Status:
Issue is now resolved.
